Choose a service by the question you need answered
- Home inspection for a broader visual evaluation of accessible residential systems.
- Condo inspection for the unit and permitted accessible areas within the agreed scope.
- Four-point inspection for insurer-requested roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC documentation.
- Wind mitigation inspection for documentation of specified wind-resistant features.
Insurance forms, specialist testing, marine structures, and shared building equipment may require separate arrangements. Explain what your agent, lender, or association has requested so the appointment can be scoped correctly.
Make the visit easier to arrange
Share the full property address, unit number, approximate size, age if known, and your deadline. Tell us about gated access, association work hours, restricted parking, attic access, or equipment located away from the unit. Confirm that the appropriate person can authorize entry and make utilities available.
Bring available permits, equipment records, and any recent inspection or repair documents you would like to discuss. These can add context, but they do not replace an evaluation of current accessible conditions.
Request an inspection or call 954-707-9400. We will discuss the location, requested services, and scheduling before confirming the appointment.
